6.1 Development of Dissemination and exploitation plan
The purpose of the BRITAE Dissemination and Exploitation Plan is to systematically set out the BRITAE project’s dissemination and exploitation activities, at whom they will be targeted and when they should take place in order to maximize their impact and further the aims of the project both during the project funding period and beyond to ensure sustainability.
The overall Dissemination and Exploitation plan was developed by the co-leads of the WP and shared with the consortium for approval at the 3rd consortium meeting which was held on 17th and 18th of November 2020.
6.2 Develop Project websites and Dissemination through Project websites
6.3 Dissemination through non-consortium members
A list of non-consortium members who have indicated their interest in the BRITAE project and willingness to receive BRITAE news has been compiled for this purpose, based on the recommendations of partners.
6.4 Publish e-newsletter Two newsletters have been published based on the activities and outcomes of the project
6.5 Dissemination through promotional and dissemination materials
Three flyers have been designed for this purpose. The first (Inception of the project) contained information about the overall project, the second (Feb 2021) was based on the work packages of the project and the third (April 2021) was based on the BRITAE project.
In order to publicize details of the project on social media platforms, a 5-week Facebook plan was developed with posts.
The project description has been translated to Sinhala and Tamil languages and is available for circulation.
